| Therapy begins with a space – add a couch, a chair and two or more people... Have them start talking to each other and you’ve captured its essence. Therapy is a collaboration which involves asking lots of questions and hopefully arriving at some answers. It’s about entrusting someone with your life story and together making sense of the moments that have been painful or confusing or just don’t feel right.
